We will deliver your paint FREE of charge directly to your doorstep. Each one of our lust-worthy colours are made to order buy our by specialist team in our West Yorkshire factory and delivered by our preferred courier. Order before 13:30 Monday to Thursday and we will do our very best to deliver the following day (Mainland UK only).

Deliveries are made by courier within their standard operating hours 8:00 to 18:00. No deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that our factory and offices are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year, no deliveries will be made during this period.

There is no standard delivery facility operating outside Mainland UK, however if you have a specific request for a destination elsewhere please contact us by email stating the details of your order and delivery location. We will respond with a quotation if the delivery is possible.

Returns Policy

Private customers in the United Kingdom have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the Regulations).

Our Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Returns of unopened items are accepted within 28 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor in writing via email to  Upon receipt of your notice for an order return, a member of our Customer Service team will get in contact to confirm the return and refund amount.You can email us at [email protected]

Please insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure and tracked shipper and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to above as soon as possible. If the vendor pays the return cost then this will be deducted from any refund. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Proof of fault must be provided for items returned as faulty, if no proof is provided Painthouse will conduct its own tests to verify the fault. 

Any goods made to customers’ specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel.  

All items must be returned sealed and in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued less a 15% handling charge unless the items are incorrect or faulty and excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. 

Where goods delivered by the vendor are received by the customer damaged, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claims will be accepted after the 24 hours has elapsed.

Painthouse paints are mixed and tinted by Polyseam Limited, a manufacturer located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. Polyseam’s products are manufactured and packed under its own brands and customers’ own brands. The company provides a complete manufacturing service to UK and overseas companies and a close partnership with suppliers to ensure a dedication to quality and service.
